John started with Commonfund Mortgage Corporation in May of 2014. He has been offering Reverse Mortgages to the senior community for the past 11 years. His extensive background in Reverse Mortgages allows him to assess his client’s needs and provide them the best solution for their particular situation. From his many years of working with seniors, he has developed a unique and profound insight into the needs of senior homeowners in their later years. Dominick originally got started in the mortgage industry back in 1997, initially in quality control and then onto underwriting.

He has been a loan officer now for the past 9 years and has helped many borrowers buy their 1st homes or have helped borrowers refinance to consolidate debt and lower their monthly payments.

Dominick’s underwriting and quality control background make it very easy for him to structure deals because he always look at deals through an underwriters eyes.

This makes all Dominick’s transactions go through smooth and clean.

Stephen Gage – NMLS#: 1173032

Stephen is a fresh face to Commonfund Mortgage, after spending the past several years working in Telecom Sales at both Verizon Wireless and Time Warner Cable Business Class. He received his Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Mass Communications from Iona College in 2009, with a concentration in Public Relations. In his professional career, he saw a tremendous amount of success working at Verizon Wireless, where his talents took him all the way from Auburn, NY to Mount Juliet, TN. Stephen consistently ranked in the ‘Best In Class’ category at Verizon, which is composed of the top sales representatives of the company, and was continuously awarded year after year for his top-notch customer service.

In addition to his professional career, he spent several years working in the Music Industry, and took his talents in songwriting and performing around the United States. He now calls Upstate NY his home. Most recently, he lived in Nashville, TN and Los Angeles, CA, while signed as a professional songwriter to Kara DioGuardi’s (American Idol) “Arthouse Entertainment,” under the guidance of BMG Music Publishing. He has had songs released by recording artists all over the world, and has had placements on many television shows on MTV and VH1.

Mike joined Commonfund in May, 2004.

He has learned to focus and manage many tasks simultaneously as a pilot for US Airways since 1981. These skills will be invaluable in the mortgage business where you have to coordinate effectively with attorneys, realtors & credit agencies while being able to develop a high level of trust with your borrowers.

Lynn Connors is the Reverse Mortgage Sales Manager for Commonfund Mortgage, and joined the company in April 2014. She has over (7) years of Reverse Mortgage lending and management experience, and has extensive business to business sales experience in the commercial banking, finance and commercial lending markets.

In her role she oversees the Reverse Mortgage Division at Commonfund, and she is also a NYS Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, working directly with seniors and their loved ones, offering FHA Reverse Mortgages across Central and Upstate New York. Todd Cagwin – NMLS#: 1135111

Todd relocated to Baltimore after graduating from Franklin & Marshall College and again after graduating Western New England University School of Law. He previously worked for a federal savings bank in Maryland doing nationwide jumbo portfolio lending where he acquired the skills to approach mortgage lending from a different perspective. Not being cornered by traditional underwriting guidelines, he learned to structure complex mortgage loans in a make sense manner to provide a benefit to his borrowers. Todd spent a year clerking at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court for the Hon. Judge William C. Mulford, II.
